Terms & Conditions 

 Massugo Pty Ltd trading as Massugo agrees to provide The Customer ("You") with the services described by this website, and The Customer ("You") when purchasing any of our products can choose to tick the box that says ‘I understand and accept the Terms and Conditions’; upon doing so, you become legally bound by these terms and conditions. Please do not proceed to purchase a product or service until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. 

When The Customer (“You”) says ‘I understand and accept the Terms and Conditions’ you agree to create a Customer Account for the purpose of purchasing your Product or Service.  Included in your Customer Account is the requirement for contact details. 

Your Customer Account with Massugo is a credit-only account.  In order for you to make a purchase, You must have the means to pay online or be in receipt of a credit, promotional code or gift certificate supplied by Massugo. Your Customer Account is assigned to the You (as the “Customer”) alone. 

Products and Services 

Massugo provides non-sexual mobile massage services where we aim but do not guarantee to service in your area. 

In areas that we do service, we aim to arrive at your nominated location on time as per your scheduled booking.  However, with the unpredictable nature of traffic, in the case where a massage therapist is held up: 

  • For less than 15 minutes, your massage will commence at time of arrival and continue for the duration as per your booking 

  • For more than 15 minutes, you will be entitled to either reschedule your booking or request a full refund. 


Massugo Pty Ltd trading as Massugo is covered by $20 Million Public and Products Liability Policy. 


The Customer (“You”) acknowledges that when you tick the box that says ‘I understand and accept the Terms and Conditions’, you acknowledge and agree to release Massugo Pty Ltd from any liability. The Customer (“You”) acknowledges and agrees to fully indemnify Massugo Pty Ltd and all its servants, agent’s, Customers and employees against any injury, damage or accident that may be sustained by The Customer (“You”), whilst receiving the services booked through Massugo Pty Ltd. 

Quality Assurance 

All Massugo massage therapists are suitably qualified and certified with a minimum of Certificate IV In Massage Therapy Practice 


Massugo requires payment for products and services prior to delivery.  Payment must be made online as part of the booking process and is a required action in order to submit the request. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 

The Customer ("You") may cancel a booking no less than 24 hours prior to the time of the booking.  Upon cancelling a booking, Massugo will withhold an administration fee of AUD $7.50, and refund the remainder of the payment. 

The Customer ("You") may reschedule a booking no less than 24 hours prior to the time of your booking. 

Rights of Refusal (Right To Refuse) 

Massugo reserves the right to refuse service in the following situations, but not be limited to: 

Inappropriate behavior: A therapist feels threatened or is disrespectfully treated at any time during the visit 

Unsuitable Environment/Conditions: Unhygienic environment, lack of privacy, lack of available floor space, uncomfortable temperatures                                                                               

Safety: A therapist has any concerns for their own safety 

Contraindications: A pre-existing health condition, where a therapist feels that a massage will have a negative impact on your wellbeing 

Intoxication: The Customer ("You") are intoxicated 

If a service is refused for reasons as outlined above, The Customer ("You") will not be entitled to any refund or service rescheduleThe full payment amount will be withheld 

Physical misconduct 

Physical misconduct will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and will be reported to the authorities. 

Service Locality 

www.massugo.com.au is an Australian only website, and services cannot be provided to anyone outside of Australia
